Data Visualization Includes Journalism

The below is an interesting infographic from Montreal based Sebastian Pierre, founder of FFunction. The infographic below was done in answer to the question, “What is Data Visualization?”. What we found most interesting about Pierre’s graphic was the converging points of the separate schemes of data. It shows the intersecting points of journalism to new media to data analytics, all operating cohesively and further supporting our claim of all media is still good media, we just need to figure out what role each has to play, as the times change.
